Where Do Plants Grow?

In this online activity, learners "map" certain plants they have seen near where they live. Learners electronically submit data on whether they have seen trees with leaves, trees with needles, palm trees or cacti in their area, then can view a map of the U.S. showing results of the data that they and other learners have submitted. There is a link to a LEARNMORE page with further activities and suggested readings about plants.
