Barbie Bungee

In this math activity, learners model a bungee jump using a BarbieĀ® doll and rubber bands. The distance which the doll will fall is directly proportional to the number of rubber bands, so this context is used to examine linear functions. This lesson guide includes questions for learners, assessment options, extensions, and reflection questions.
