In this chemistry activity (page 1 of PDF SciGirls Activity: Milk Carton Boat), learners will create a blob of stretchable funny putty out of a water, borax, and glue mixture. Then, learners experiment with a little kneading and stretching to test how far they can stretch the blob without breaking it. Relates to the linked video, DragonflyTV: Milk Carton Boat.
