In this optics activity, learners investigate afterimages. Learners draw a simple picture using a green marker, stare at it for about 30 seconds, and then look at a blank piece of paper to see an afterimage in magenta. Learners can experiment by using different marker colors. [Activity is publicly available through a web crawler capture on Archive.org.]
