In this design challenge, learners will create wind-powered contraptions to transport a load, such as a cupcake or another small object, and test to see if they work. This activity is a great introduction to hands-on engineering for children with fun personalization possibilities. Includes step-by-step instructions, a video explaining and demonstrating the activity, and a simple framework for learners to create and test their contraptions. A Spanish version of the activity is also available.
