Learners conduct a "blind" taste-test of several types of enhanced or fitness water drinking water that has commercially added substances like vitamins, sugars, or herbs. As they sample unlabeled cups of water, learners collect data on how each type of water looks, smells, and tastes, and rank the samples from best-tasting to worst-tasting. Finally, learners guess the identity of the waters they tasted and see how close their guesses come to the facts. [Activity is publicly available through a web crawler capture on Archive.org.]
