In this water activity, learners discover ways to move water across the water table. Learners use various tools including squirt bottles, sponges, and turkey basters to move water from one container to another across the water table. Although this activity is written for an indoor setting, this activity can be conducted outside when the weather is warm. This activity is part of the curriculum Explore Water, related to Peep and the Big Wide World, a preschool science series on public television.
