In this activity, learners will pretend to be archaeologist using this chilling experience. To start, they will grab an empty bowl and begin filling it up with water and small items—acting as fossils or artifacts. Once frozen, this giant block of ice will be the perfect model archeological dig site. Included with this activity is a step by step guide as well as discussion question to help direct the exploration of learners.
