Sugar/Salt Crystals

In this chemistry activity (page 1 of the PDF), learners will observe a physical change. By making their own sugar or salt crystals, learners will identify physical changes and see how they can be reversed. Though this activity is included as a pre-visit activity for a workshop about physical and chemical changes, it also is an excellent stand-alone activity.
