Light Soda

In this activity, learners sublimate dry ice and then taste the carbon dioxide gas. Learners will be surprised to discover CO2 dissolves into carbonic acid in their mouths, creating a flavor similar to soda water or carbonated water. With no usable calories this really is a light soda.
