In this activity on page 3 of the PDF, learners discover how science and Halloween are fun companions as they make paper bleed. Learners use an ammonia solution to make a "bloody" handprint on Goldenrod paper. Learners can also experiment with different acids, to see which ones can return the paper to its original yellow color.
