With a straw, two craft sticks, and some rubber bands, construct a noisemaker called a Sound Sandwich and explore how vibration produces sound. Instructions for the activity can be downloaded from the web page, which also features three short online videos: Introduction, Step-by-Step Instructions, and What's Going On.
