In this activity, learners will repurpose an old t-shirt to create their own yarn or string. Learners will explore recycling, repurposing as well as developing fine motor skills through this activity. Activity incudes step by step instructions with pictures, vocab words and definitions to use, fun facts related to the activity and ways to change it up extend the activity. This activity requires an old t-shirt or other discarded fabric.
