In this activity, learners will write a secret message that only their friends will be able to read. Learners will investigate how to use a white crayon, washable markers, and the science of water to create a colorful secret message. Extension ideas are included to test if additional materials are hydrophobic. This activity uses low cost materials and be done at home. A how-to video is also included.
