Learners examine what happens when a tube spins in two directions at once. They push on a cardboard tube causing it to spin along its length while at the same time turning from end-to-end. Markings on the tube allow the learner to monitor and observe the spinning. This activity starts on p.25 of the manual. This manual contains 4 activities related to the Spectra's Force comic book published by the American Physical Society.
