In this activity, learners play a game to simulate the food chain. Learners take on the role of a plant or animal and use yarn to "connect" to something in the wild that represents a predator or prey. This process continues until the group creates a large web or food chain. Next, learners are presented with new conditions (i.e. cold weather) that affect the food chain.
