In this health activity (page 6 of the PDF), learners examine ingredient labels of packaged food products to find out what sugar ingredients they contain. Learners discover that nearly all packaged food contains some form of sugar. Although this was created as a pre-visit activity for a workshop about photosynthesis, it also makes an excellent stand-alone activity.
