In this activity, learners explore and experiment how we can use our bodies everyday to get from one place to another. Learners measure the distance that they travel in one step by stepping regularly, jumping, or hopping and comparing the distances. Use this math-related activity to also emphasize the importance of exercise as a way to stay healthy.
