In this activity, learners of all ages can become food scientists by experimenting with flour and water to make basic pasta. Learners will ask questions and make predictions, use a basic recipe (conduct experiment), make observations, and revise and retest as needed. Activity includes visual supports with step-by-step instructions and photos.
